• LEED Homes - Green Building LLC is Hawaii’s leading firm for LEED Homes Green Rating and Consulting services. We were involved with the first LEED Home certified in the state and have projects that range from affordable housing to luxury high end developments.
• LEED Green Building Design and Construction - Newly revised in 2009, commercial new construction certifications are one of our specialties. We provided LEED consulting services for the first certified school on Maui and one of the first in the state.
• LEED Existing Building Operation and Maintenance (EBOM) - Green Building LLC has the first LEED EBOM registered house of worship in the country. The newly formed EBOM program is an exciting way to take advantage of the LEED concepts and reduce operational costs for existing properties.
• LEED Neighborhood Development - This program is in the final stages of its Pilot period. Green Building LLC has worked on several LEED ND projects in the Pilot phase.
• Energy Audits & HERS Rating - From the smallest home to the largest commercial property, Green Building LLC can facilitate all aspects of an audit process that will identify opportunities for operational savings coupled with incentive programs.
• Training and Education - Green Building LLC has been providing educational services in Hawaii since 2008. We combine our mix of project experience with Hawaii knowledge to provide meaningful educational programs in Hawaii at both the collegiate level and to industry professionals.
